Singapore and Australia have just become partners in cyber security. The two countries will now hold joint cyber security exercises to strengthen the cyber infrastructure and spread awareness.
A two-year memorandum of understanding was signed by the two countries on June 2 by the cyber security agency of Singapore and Australian Government. It will now allow them to conduct regular information exchanges on important things all on cyber security. The two will also share best practices to bring in new innovation in cyber security.
This is the sixth of its kind partnership by Australia. The country has already signed partnerships with India, Britain, United States, France and the Netherlands.
